Historic 1875 farmhouse in Boone NC. Located in a rural setting on the town edge, heavily wooded and secluded on all sides. Close to everything, but with a real country feel. Lovingly and meticoulously restored in 1993. AAA Four Diamond Award winner for the past 13 years. Set on 11 wooded acres inside Boone, with waterfall, stream, gazebo, 12 perennial gardens, original barn, and wrap around porch on 3 sides of the house with rocking chairs . All modern amenities including WIFI, TV and DVD VHS players and libraries, complimentary beer, wine,lemonade and sodas. Close to Blue Ridge Pkwy, skiing at Beech and Sugar Mountains, Grandfather Mountain, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk, and Linville Falls. Check-in is at 3 PM. Guests planning to arrive before or after this time must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive special check-in instructions.
